The centrepiece and heart of our organisation!  Katleen has an aptitude for all things novel.  No task at hand is too hard, and she expects no less from others (but the rest can barely follow).  Luckily, her approach is always covered with a smile….so eventually we get things done by the proposed deadline (most of the times, that is).
